We want to see the players of BCLC Youth Football Team:
Become better football players Mature and grow up into young adults with charactor Display the 5 fair play values in their lives as well as on the pitch Receive quality mentorship both as a group and 1-2-1 Become fitter and healthier Grow in their confidence and self esteem on and off the pitch Be the best they be at school, at home and in life generally Understand that they will become better players, better people and a better team if they live out the 5 fair play values.
